Thank you for supporting Lakelyn’s Little Bows & Clothes! Below are our shop policies to ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth experience for everyone. By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.

✨ Custom Cheer Bow Policy

All custom cheer bows are final sale and non-refundable.

Because each bow is handmade and created specifically to your team’s or child’s customization (colors, rhinestones, logos, sizes, names, etc.), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on:

  • Custom cheer bows

  • Personalized bows (names, team names, numbers, etc.)

  • Custom-designed rhinestone bows

  • LED/light-up bows

  • Any bow made-to-order to your exact specifications

If there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly review and correct the issue.

✨ Clothing Return & Damage Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Clothing may be eligible for return only under the following conditions:

Damage Upon Arrival

Clothing can be returned within 3 days of delivery only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, AND

  • We are notified within the 3-day window, AND

  • Clear photo/video proof of damage is provided, AND

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the situation.

Not Eligible for Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed clothing

  • Items without tags

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personalized clothing

  • Accessories or bows included with an outfit

✨ Color Variations & Handmade Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen/monitor settings.

  • Handmade bows may have minor variations due to the crafting process.

  • Rhinestones, glitter, and specialty materials may be sensitive to improper handling.

These are not considered defects.

✨ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS/UPS, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim through the carrier.

✨ Cancellations

Clothing Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun. Meaning your items have already been ordered from my supplier.

Custom cheer bow orders CANNOT be cancelled after materials have been purchased or crafting has started.

✨ Customer Responsibility

Please double-check all information at checkout, including:

  • Shipping address

  • Spelling for personalized items

  • Sizes

  • Custom color choices

We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.
